Returns Policy.
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you should wish to return your goods then you must download and complete our returns form. This helps us to deal with your returns in a timely manner.
If you are returning a faulty product that is less than 12 months old, we will replace with new stock and you will not be without your camera in most cases for more than 48 hours.
If your product is more than 12 months old then a chargeable repair may be possible in some cases or we will consider a discount on a new unit.
If you are returning your product for any other reason than a fault (change of heart) then you are protected by distance selling regulations. This means you can return your product within 30 days for a swap or a refund. The product you are returning must be in a saleable condition with all of it's original packaging and accessories. We retain the right to charge a 7% restocking fee in the case of a refund request, postage costs cannot be refunded. |
