The quickest way to order and receive your kit is to order using our secure web sites. You can pay by PayPal, Google Checkout or by using a credit/debit card. Our secure shopping cart is hosted by RomanPay and we have never had one case of fraud reported to us in the last four years.

You can also phone us to place an order however, web orders will always be given first priority.

If your order is received before 3pm on any given work day and we are holding stock then we will dispatch the same day and in 95% of cases you will get your goods the next day. If a product is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until we recieve more stock and an email will be sent to let you know. If an item is shown as "out of stock, Pre order ONLY" and you continue to place the order, our shopping cart will charge your card at the time and the goods will be dispatched the day we receive more stock. You can cancel your Pre-Order at any time by simply contacting us above.

Privacy Statement.

We will never disclose your personal details to anybody for any reason whatsoever.
We do not keep credit card information as transactions are handled securely by HSBC secure payments.

Returns Policy.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you should wish to return your goods then you must download and complete our returns form. This helps us to deal with your returns in a timely manner.

If you are returning a faulty product that is less than 12 months old, we will replace with new stock and you will not be without your camera in most cases for more than 48 hours.

If your product is more than 12 months old then a chargeable repair may be possible in some cases or we will consider a discount on a new unit.

If you are returning your product for any other reason than a fault (change of heart) then you are protected by distance selling regulations. This means you can return your product within 30 days for a swap or a refund. The product you are returning must be in a saleable condition with all of it's original packaging and accessories. We retain the right to charge a 7% restocking fee in the case of a refund request, postage costs cannot be refunded.
